Celebrate the start of your pampering retreat, free of obligation but filled with life-changing choice. Unwind the cares of your day with relaxation yoga or discover the energy and fun of Zumba. Connect with a dynamic life-coaching session, in the company of other engaging and inspiring women! This evening sets the stage for a weekend of mind-body-spirit renewal at the beautiful George Williams College Conference Center on Lake Geneva.

Your life is a constant balancing act! Receive the gift of understanding and empowerment during this morning as you keenly observe balance (and imbalance) in your own habits. Identify ways to build the core of your life to be CONFIDENT, CREATIVE, ADVENTUROUS, and PURPOSEFUL. Walk away with new skills to live naturally the life that is most meaningful to you.
Saturday Afternoon you may choose from a wide variety of small group activities, led by the YMCA group, designed to strengthen the core of your life. Or, you might decide to truly “retreat” and enjoy this beautiful venue in your own way.

Saturday 6:00-7:30PM
Relax and enjoy a warm nurturing evening meal as we reflect and revel in the experiences of your day. Savor this moment as you realize the positive impact of intentional balance.
Make it Stick.
Sunday 10:00-11:15AM
Prepare for re-entry into your normal life. We will create a personal system to make you aware of your own tendencies to slip out of balance. You will leave this session with specific strategies to restore balance and JOY when you are on your own at home.
