Breathe OUT!
Friday 7:30-9PM – Let down your hair, sink into a comfortable space, and give a great big “AAAHHHH” breath to begin this marvelous weekend!
To be fully conscious for this weekend begin on Friday with this evening session designed to help you de-clutter your mind and bring you into the here-and-now. We will be intentional about clearing out worries, uncertainties, and commitments to focus on unlocking your powerful potential during this special time at beautiful Starved Rock Resort.
Breathe Deep for a Burst of Energy!
Saturday 9:30-11AM – You were created to do great things with your life, and in this session you’ll be inspired with a new understanding of what that might be!
In this session consider how your life experiences make you more useful as you listen to the lessons they bring. Each woman will have the opportunity to joyfully examine her life, finding the person deep inside – vibrant, alive, and making decisions that leave a positive mark on the world.
Breathe Easy for an Intentional Life of Health and Purpose
Saturday 4-5:30PM – After this time away, go back to your life recharged with confidence and inspiration to positively impact people in your life.
Saturday night’s session will empower you to hold onto a clear vision and motivation to live with joy that cannot be squelched by outside circumstances. Leave with a plan to go home more purposeful, peaceful, tolerant, and loving. A weekend away is good, but being forever changed is powerful!
Spiritual Breath
Sunday 10-11AM – Take time in this reflective hour to savor the Source of Your Breath and Your Whole Life.
Become self-aware and whole, conscious of the impact this weekend has had on your body, mind, and spirit. Experience gratitude and peace in this moving sensory experience.
WEEKEND AGENDA
The weekend begins at 6:30 Friday evening with Relaxation Yoga, followed by BREATHE OUT! as the evening keynote, and topped off with a camp fire and time to breathe the fresh air, gaze at the stars, and make a s’more!
Saturday morning at 7AM you might choose to join Muscle Flex before breakfast. The morning keynote BREATHE DEEP FOR ENERGY! runs from 9:30 til 11AM. After a great lunch – all meals are included – you can choose from a menu of activities (hiking, water exercise, journaling, quilt-making). Regroup again at 4PM for the afternoon keynote BREATHE EASY FOR AN INTENTIONAL LIFE OF HEALTH AND PURPOSE, and then relax with Yoga or Taal Fusion Dance. Enjoy dinner with your new friends and then don’t miss the evening card party!
Sunday morning starts with Water Exercise, then an Only Abs class, brunch, and we close with our final keynote SPIRITUAL BREATH. You’ll be heading back home by 12 Noon.
