WILL LIFE COACHING WORK FOR ME?

What will coaching be like for me?

In life coaching you will MAKE TIME to analyze who you really are, with your own dreams, passions, and beliefs. This awareness is a powerful core from which to base decisions – decisions about how to spend time, energy, and talents. When your life decisions are based on this, rather than on an overbooked calendar, you will be authentic and intentional. All of this analysis work is done with a wide variety of life coaching tools that are eye-opening, thought-provoking, engaging – AND FUN!

As YOUR life coach, I am fully present for you. In this hectic world it is rare to find someone who is truly interested in what you say, think, and feel without bringing their own agenda. As I listen to you and process observations with you, I serve as a mirror in which you can see yourself, your options, and your decisions. Viewing a clear reflection of yourself is an integral part of becoming who you want to be.

Coaching provides time and space for you to focus on the life you would like to live. In my practice, I serve people who desire a full life even though at the current moment life is not easy – for example, due to divorce or parenting challenges. If you are living with challenges, but want to learn how to find clarity, energy, and satisfaction in the middle of those challenges, coaching will help you do that. If you find yourself living with worry or fear, coaching can help you think clearly to make wise, intentional decisions.

Working with a life coach means that you will be held accountable for progressing toward your own goals. When you discover an aspect of yourself or your life that you want to change, I will help you create a workable plan, and stick to it. Life coaching is more than just talk – it is action and results.
